Sean Terry's program, $100K Wholesaler or $12K in 37 Days

Hi Everyone, I'm a newbie in wholesaling but I have been a realtor for over 10 years now. I just signed up Sean Terry's $100K Wholesaler program which I'm super excited. He also just released $12K in 37 Days which covers the basic fundamental for beginners and I'm wondering if that one is better for me since I'm new?? For those who had bought Sean's programs, love to hear from you. Any suggestion or recommendation is much appreciated!
