Hello BP community!
My name is Tina and I got into RE investing last year. I have two buy and holds (short term rentals) and I am looking to do as many deals as possible this year. I spent 10 years in academia and then 10 years in the corporate world doing market research. In Jan 2016 I quit my corporate job and I am doing RE investing full time now! At times it is exhilarating, and I have met so many great people in the process already. Though at other times it is down right scary!
I am reading a lot and attending local events to find my next deal. I am most interested in Durham, Carteret county, and Haywood county.
