Don't have my license yet,  however I will be working to obtain it. I am currently working at a bank as a mortgage specialist and they frown on using licenses while working for a banking center.

During my time at the Housing Authority I worked with Property Managers that handle section 8 rental issues. Whether is is rent collection, or general appointment for investors. I am interested in not only the section 8 properties but managing a portfolio to handle maintenance, rent collections, inspections and etc.

No, I don't agree. Just as non-section 8...there is a risk. I would rather take the risk of stable income. 😉
