I'm rather new to this site and am still familiarizing myself with everything it has to offer. I'm looking to do rental properties over the other methods of investment because it seems to be more of my comfort zone. I am still willing to get out of my comfort zone and have done so by speaking to a member here that deals with higher value Subject To loans and owner financed loans.
