Has anyone used AI to answer and respond to phone calls? If so what company do you recommend? I’m looking for a company with voice recognition to respond to simple questions.

It’s doesn’t get complicated at all. Believe it or not I never think about it until I’m purchasing a home that close to the Mississippi line which would make for a great buy. Now Arkansas is actually separated by the MS. River so access is traveling across the bridge. Arkansas may as well be located where Florida is before a Memphian cross that bridge, but people in Arkansas will cross that bridge with no problem. Way more resources in Memphis.

Great episode and I totally agree with Dean about those zipcodes. We still sale in those areas, but with caution. Over in over we find that so many clients are more attracted to the purchase price than the quality of the area.

Hey great show! Personally, no matter what market we’re in I’m always buying when the opportunity is right. I remember being called crazy for purchasing Frayser homes for $15k and now they’re worth over $120,000. Love the appreciation bc the same homes that was renting for $750 a month I’m now getting $1,200 through section 8. I know that’s not going to last, but while the going is getting
