Memphis TN, Does it get complicate since it sits on the intersection of 3 states?

Given that Memphis, Tennessee, is located at the intersection of three
states, does investing in the southern part of the city, which extends
into Mississippi, present any complications?
Above is the income heat map of Memphis, TN. You can see that the south part has higher income.

It’s doesn’t get complicated at all. Believe it or not I never think about it until I’m purchasing a home that close to the Mississippi line which would make for a great buy. Now Arkansas is actually separated by the MS. River so access is traveling across the bridge. Arkansas may as well be located where Florida is before a Memphian cross that bridge, but people in Arkansas will cross that bridge with no problem. Way more resources in Memphis.
