Looking for Section 8-friendly property managers in a few cities

Does anyone know a strong, Section 8-friendly property manager in the following cities? I need to deploy capital, and my team in these areas is spread pretty thin at the moment. 

- Memphis, TN

- Jacksonville, FL

- Indianapolis, IN

The ideal PM has a construction background.
