Hi Everyone, 

I am coming down for the RPOA Conference in Grand Rapids, Michigan this year (February 27-29, 2020). I plan to bring my Cash Flow game with me and hope to find a couple people that wish to learn to play it along with me.  Details have yet to be ironed out, as to which evening.  Networking and RE talk.  Maybe order a pizza together?   I may have one person already and need a couple more? 

@Ram Mishra Are you still in the area?  Can you ask your usual players if they might want to consider meeting up with me?  Is 3 or 4 a good number of players for a first play of the game?  Feel free to tag anyone here in the comments.

The next NMRPOA meeting will be on Jan 6, 20 at 11:30am at Harrington's by the Bay. Then February 3rd, 20, meeting is 5:30pm at ElksClub.

Thanks for starting this Eric!!  Maybe we can get an additional group together that complements the RPOA group.  I would love that, personally.  Also, I would like anyone in this thread, now or in the future, feel free to add me, here on BP.  

One other thought I had was, I have the game CashFlow (by Robert Kiyosaki, author of Rich Dad, Poor Dad) and want to learn to play it with a few others here in Northern Michigan.  So if that interests you, please let me know and I will add you to my list.  Once I get enough interest, then I can start coordinating that Meetup.

It is not a regular meetup, but there is a very cool meetup happening next Thursday, October 24th in Detroit.  Look up Michigan Multifamily and More on FB (join the group to see the event?) as I don't believe Jamie posted it on here.  Tons of amazing, high end people will be there.  I am making the drive down, myself.  Look me up if you do go.

Act quickly though if interested as I am not sure if it is sold out (yes it costs a little, but the value you receive will be amazing, and part of that entry cost is going to a local charity).

Hi everyone.  I am in Northern Michigan but will be in Hawaii (Oahu) near the end of August if there might be another event then, I would love to meetup.  If no events are planned, I am free for coffee?

Welcome. I see you have great advice already, but also consider local REI and RPOA meetups. I love the Friday breakfast meeting that RPOA does down there. I am in the Traverse City area. Let me know if I can help you? Happy investing!!
