Good Morning BP.

I am new to the forums on BP and I am looking for other Northern Michigan focus that may be using BP for there real estate investing needs. I am meeting with one investor tonight but that got me to thinking how many Northern Michigan folks are out here in BP land. And since I was listening to Brandon Turner and David Green yesterday and they were talking about taking actional steps and just knocking out those 30 secs to 5 min tasks, (BP podcast episode #272). Here I am.

So if you are in Northern Michigan, which for Brandon Turner is anything outside of Metro Detroit, but for those of us in Michigan know that is anything North of Clare.  I am looking specifically looking for anyone Cadillac and north. I like to see you jump on this thread and maybe we can get enough of us to get together in person.

So let me know who is out there!

Hi Eric,

There is a Northern MI Rental Property Owners Association group that meets up monthly in Traverse City. The next non-member meeting will be in January and it is usually the held on the first Monday of the month. Several of the RPOA members are also on BP as well. So separate from this thread, it may also be a good way to get in touch with a few other NOMI BP investors.
