I have been trying to get a note "deal" on Pre-REO for about a year. Gave up for a couple months as I have been swamped with life. Came back this morning and my log-in no longer works.....hmmmm. Anyone know if they changed the webpage recently?

Northern Michigan Rental Property Owners Association is a chapter of the RPOA group in Grand Rapids. We are the only Real Estate meetup group in the area (to our knowledge) and very friendly. We would love to have you join us. Please RSVP to Melody at [email protected] (ok to text 231.7three5.three422 as well) if you can attend today, so I can update the restaurant with our total attendees.

We meet monthly on the schedule as follows. Our "odd month" meetings are held at noon and our "even month" meetings are held at 6pm. Our meeting today will be an open meeting (in other words, no scheduled speaker) in which anyone with a topic suggestion or question may contribute.

Please join us if you have 200 units already or are just thinking about buying as an investor in the future. Not all of us are rental property owners, but we are all investors. We all started out from zero.  We look forward to you joining us.

Hi Amber,

No Zoom.  I want to setup a FB group but so far have not.  Most members are not on FB, so it would be for newer and potential members.  We meet in person and obviously hadn't met but a couple times in the last year.  The meeting went well, thanks for asking.  We didn't have a speaker since it was our first meeting in months and we all just caught up with each other.  It was nice to get out.

Our usual meetings are on the first Monday of the month, but where we hold ur meetings are either closed to groups in the case of our Lunchtime (noon) meetings on odd months and our even months location is still closed on Mondays for now, so we are meeting at 6pm (5:30 if you want dinner) at the Elks Lodge in Traverse City on the first Tuesday of the month going forward unless we get shut down again.   We are an affiliate group to the RPOA of Grand Rapids.  Hope you will join us if you are up this way.
