@Lydia R. @Heather Johnson Hi! I got a WATER SHUT OFF list for the month of November from my county. There are around 75 leads. But only ONE of the leads says "Cut off account for nonpayment." The rest just say "turn off existing service". Should I mail all of them?

Does anyone know of any list services besides ListSource who will provide lists for South Carolina? I guess SC and a few other states prohibit lists from being sold.

My partner is an agent and we have access to CRS Data through MLS but she is limited to how many names you can download per month.
