@Trevor Mauch

Hi there! I am deciding between building my own site on Weebly (I have used Weebly before and am pretty proficient with it) and utilizing Carrot or LeadPropeller. My main concern with Weebly vs your service is SEO and actual lead generation. I know nothing about SEO besides a bit about keywords, so I fear that, unless I hire an SEO person, I will not ever get any leads.

My question is - if I choose the Core plan with Carrot, how quickly might I see leads coming in? From the posts I have read on BP, it seems like most people talk about great results a year or so in...and they all have a Content Pro account. But a CP account is not in my budget at the moment, so I am wondering if a Core plan is even worth it in regards to SEO?

Thanks!

I would check the hudhomestore website and all the other foreclosure/auction sites. From there I would also expand my search to Summerville, North Charleston, Goose Creek, even Ladson and Monck's Corner due to the industry expansion.

I've had to do the same thing.

Haha oh heyyyy handsome. Fancy seeing you here! ;)

Thank you all for your replies. I do plan to do direct mail and I am networking with local people, but I would like to get a site up now. A few years from now I think I will be happy I did.

All of this info is great and I will utilize it all. And most importantly, I will avoid ghetto hyphens! ;) Thanks guys

Thanks so much for your response @Daria B.! I really appreciate it.

Yes, I search the person's name and make sure to only look at the mortgages for the property in question.

I search "all" to bring up any and all documents. I think Charleston County might not require or provide satisfaction/release documents.

Thanks again!

Hi there,

When searching the county deed & mortgage website, is there a way to know if a mortgage is a refinance, a first or a second? For instance, I am looking at one property, and the county shows the following mortgage documents:

1998 for $94k (30 year loan)

2001 for $126k (30 year loan)

2003 for $128k (30 year loan)

2003 for $25k ("Revolving Credit Mortgage" - 20 years)

2011 for $140k (30 year loan)

Here is a link to the county web page with this property's mortgages: http://tinyurl.com/qhdpmp5

So, I am wondering if each new 30-year mortgage was a refinance of the previous mortgage. Is there a way to even know?

And is the "revolving credit mortgage" a line of credit?

Thanks!

Hi! Does anyone know the best way to run comps on a property on FlexMLS on an IOS device? As of now, I am just drawing on the map around the subject property. But I have to try to remember where on the map the subject property is because it won't bring up other comps if I type the address in the search. Also, how do you search for multiple keywords on one search? Your help would be greatly appreciated! I'm in South Carolina and using the Charleston MLS. Thanks!
