I use RMS in Lawrence and Topeka not sure if they are in KC they have been fabulous. 

We meet in West Los Angeles Monthly (usually the 4th Saturday of the month).

This is the most frustrating part about RE investing cashing out and HELOC. I wish the process was easier.
