@Bill BaldwinI know longer use ehomes they turned into a nightmare I use a guy buy the name of Daniel Mena and he is beyond fantastic and he is a former detective. He manages my multifamily units and a few SFH. He is very fair and reasonable. He responds fast and gets the job done I have been with him for 5 months and no problem.

I work with Justin Cordova with CEK Insurance his number is 785-843-2519 I believe they insurance all of Kansas and Missouri (they insurance my properties in Lawrence and Topeka, KS).
