What a nightmare I'm so sorry you  are in  this situation. You should never pay a lender upfront fees. Always do your due diligence.

My goals are to:
1. Maintain my credit score
2. Maintain my current savings/investments strategies
3. Acquire an additional 4 rental properties by 12/31/16
4. Remain debt free
5. Maintain giving to charity
