My goals are to:
1. Maintain my credit score
2. Maintain my current savings/investments strategies
3. Acquire an additional 4 rental properties by 12/31/16
4. Remain debt free
5. Maintain giving to charity

1. Quit my job.

2. 750+ credit scores (currently 680/670 and 700).
