HI -

As you grow your portfolio in the KC area, please reach out if I can be of any assistance.  A crucial part of being an OOS investor, as you know, is property management.  Would be glad to chat!

Good morning - k

The Kansas City metro area is strong for investors.  We are seeing things loosen up a bit, particularly in the MF space.  If you are thinking about building a team in KC, please reach out to me.  Would be happy to connect you with additional people.

Best,

Melinda

@Tim Murray Good morning - When looking to invest, many of the responses have clear on making sure your market can support your investment objectives.  As @Mike D'Arrigo mentioned, the Midwest still has shown to be strong in terms of returns and good values.  Putting together a strong team is vitally important when residing in another state from your investment.  Please feel free to reach out if I can assist in putting your team together.

Best,

Melinda

Rami - Good morning.  If you do consider other markets, I would take a look at KC.  I can certainly assist in putting your team together here.  We have a strong market with strong rents.  Let me know if I can be of any assistance.

Best,

Melinda

@Clay Collins - Good morning!  Kansas City still has good MF available. The many submarkets around the KC area continue to perform and offer investors not only property, bur a variety of options whether duplex, triplex or fourplex.  We are seeing increasing rents.  In addition, KC is a stable and group economy. If I can be of any assistance, please feel free to reach out to me.

Best,

Melinda

@Jens Tutzauer. Hi - I would take a look at the Kansas City area.  There are still properties in your price range and the market is strong.  If I can be of assistance, please feel free to reach out to me.

Good morning Lucas -

As far as turnkey, I have seen a great many turnkey properties that have rehabbed correctly with no issues.  I think the bigger issue is to have an independent inspection completed prior to purchase.  Also, a solid and reputable separate property management company would also be my recommendation.  They can take many of the headaches away from you so you can focus on other investment opportunities.  Please feel free to reach out if I can be of assistance.

Best,

Melinda

Good a.m. -

I echo Elizabeth's comments.  KC is a great place to invest.  Both sides of the state line have good properties that are still priced to produce a strong cash flow. If you would like to discuss or if I can help, please reach out tome.
