It's unfortunate that this post has turned into a debate between agents about the pros and cons of flat fee. The man simply asked for recommendations, lol. Kyle Doney I'm an investor (in-state and out-of-state) and I got my license a few months ago to avoid such debates, but also for the data and control. It's been wonderful. Hopefully you get the recommendations you seek from investors.
