OK @Adam Curry I just sent you a DM! Maximus is ready - Let's do this! If we can complete Cincy, then I'll just manufacture the same process we used for other neighborhoods around the country with other investors. 

@Alex Correa Sorry to hear that. Let me know if you end up investing in a property there. When my flip is over (in Feb) I plan on doing more.

Adam Curry Yes, it's amazing how many neighborhoods (I'm guessing 99.99% of them!) don't have a 'neighborhood grades' done yet. It would be cool if Maximus can get that conversation started in collaboration with various investors around the country. Maybe we can work on one for Cincy together?

Joseph Graeve I'll let you know as I progress! Many things are already operational, just getting the structure right and filling in data from different parts of the country.

Hey @Adam Curry - would you happen to have or know of a source for Neighborhood grades for Cincinnati based on any measure? (crime, rent, etc.)

Hey Alex Correa sorry for late reply. I actually ended up not using them in the last second. I went with another one which ended up not working due to low appraisal. So that house fell through. Then I found another house and ended up using a 3rd lender option (GreenLeaf Funding). The rehab has gone well so far and they have been great.

I also plan on simply posting in BP forums for subjective data that I can't source
