@Rene D. I ended up plotting out the metro Denver area on a map and identifying all laundromats and available spaces for lease. It took many hours but was quite interesting to see all the clusters of laundromats. I ultimately decided to pause on it because I would rather use cashflow from more rentals to invest in a laundromat - seemed like the path of least risk. I then researched ATMs and realized that may actually be a much lower barrier of entry (~2K) and produce very good cashflow I can then use to accelerate my savings for more rentals. Then COVID-19 happened. So Im very interested in jumping into the ATM world when everything stabilized.
