@Roxie Graham Congratulations! What type of property is it? I have one SF rental, working on financing the 2nd before the end of the year. And plan to get another SF or duplex next year. Thats the goal! Haha.

Hi! Did anyone find a good group or start one on the Peninsula?

I think it depends on the terms in the refi. One bank had terms that we had to stay in property for 60 days after refi.... We shopped around and went with a bank that had no minimum stay. 

I use Greg Garrett with my SFH since 2014. Have had only one real issue with them and Greg called himself from the golf course :) to assure us it was being handled. Plan to use them with our future rentals as well.

@Bryan Patterson did you end up joining the PREIA? I am on the Peninsula and looking to connect with like minded individuals. Currently working on getting our second rental and learning the different markets in the area.
