@Lesley Riddick Hey! I am semi new to BP as well... Been reading through the forums and listening to the podcasts since the quarantine. Was interested in SFH rentals but now leaning more towards multi families and small apt complexes. Live in Hampton but looking more in the Norfolk area, market seems better on that side. Thanks for the heads up! I have yet to go to the Buffet Star one. Time conflict, dont have sitter at night for the little one. Need to find a sitter I trust so I can go and check it out. I have heard they have started in person events back up there. Hope to plan another one soon!
