Anyone in the Hampton/Norfolk and surrounding areas that have investor meetings?

p.s. not to be rude, but there are so many people in this area that are just out to rip people off, that I would prefer to work with real professionals.

@C Bennett The THINK Real Estate Team Investor Group is a great group with no membership fees.  They have meetups every couple of weeks, and it's headed by a high quality team.
