Post: Applying for a loan.

Greetings all,

I am very new to the financial journey and I personally have never applied for a loan. My questions are:

1.) What should I expect from the bank or how do I convince them of how I want to buy and hold strictly for rental purposes?

2.) I know I need a financial statement but, is there anything else I may need to bring to the bank?

3.) Besides banks and hard money lenders... are there other ways of obtaining loans?

So, what I am looking to do is to enter the field of wholesaling.

So, When I go to a courthouse searching for probates:

1.) What should I expect?

2.) What should I look for?

Any answers would be much appreciated. I do dearly hope that this could be the beginning of something good.

There is always an option to RENT tools. Locations such as Home Depot or Loews in some areas do have tool rental centers.

Slainte! Please to meet you Joe. I wish you the best of luck in your endeavors.

I live in the Boston area and perhaps there could be opportunity. If you ever want to

connect feel free to PM me.

Greetings! I am here as a new wholesaler/investor from Boston, MA.

I've read through the forums and I am inspired by many of the success stories found on these forums.

Currently, I've read through J Scott and Brandon Turner's books; Good resources and lays the foundation quite well.

I'm aware of the pitfalls many newcomers fall into, and with the tight market I'm sure it's not the easiest of paths.

Doesn't matter. If anybody is also from Boston (or MA in general) and wants to reach out to me, feel free to PM me so, we can form a new friendship. "My door is always open" as they say.

P.S. I'll be attending Black Diamond and other REIA Meetup groups in February. I do sincerely hope

to meet you at one these meetings!
