Greetings! I am here as a new wholesaler/investor from Boston, MA. 

I've read through the forums and I am inspired by many of the success stories found on these forums.

Currently, I've read through J Scott and Brandon Turner's books; Good resources and lays the foundation quite well.

I'm aware of the pitfalls many newcomers fall into, and with the tight market I'm sure it's not the easiest of paths.

Doesn't matter. If anybody is also from Boston (or MA in general) and wants to reach out to me, feel free to PM me so, we can form a new friendship. "My door is always open" as they say.
