Detroit Area Investor

Hi all, I've been a reader of site for several years but figured I should finally get active.  Located in Detroit area on the west side.

Currently looking to invest in fix and flips.  I did one a couple of years ago and it worked out really well for me.  Not without mistakes and lessons learned but I did well on it.  I really enjoyed the process but life work and family has had me distracted.  Looking to get back in the game and eventually turn it full time.

My biggest challenge now is locating and making a deal on something that makes sense.  I have the resources just need the deals.

So - just wanted to say "Hi" and thanks for all the info Ive gotten from here in the past.

Joe
