What do I expect when entering a courthouse for probates?

So, what I am looking to do is to enter the field of wholesaling.

So, When I go to a courthouse searching for probates:

1.) What should I expect?

2.) What should I look for?  

Any answers would be much appreciated. I do dearly hope that this could be the beginning of something good.
