The city recently passed memorandum making it impossible to evict a non paying tenant for any reason including an expired lease.  Only afterward are they listening to people on the matter.  Please attend the town hall to share your feedback.

No experience there but the city just passed some memorandum which makes it impossible to evict, and forces you to renew a non-paying tenant which is supposed to be in place for at least a year. I would consider NOT considering city proper for this reason.

I am looking to start a property management company and could use some help with a few questions: how many doors are reasonable the first year, what are some good ways to acquire customers, are there any good ways of targeting investing rather than managing properties?
