The city recently passed memorandum making it impossible to evict a non paying tenant for any reason including an expired lease.  Only afterward are they listening to people on the matter.  Please attend the town hall to share your feedback.

I have one non paying tenant, they aren’t in PGH and their lease expires in 2 days. This would upset me to no end if they could just squat once the lease expires and I had no recourse.
