Hello All!

I may have asked you this before, but for my knowledge, I am going to ask again for my brain. I have a few plots of land in the South Side Slopes that are ready for the next stage of development. I am looking to connect with anyone who has had success in new constructions in the South Side of Pittsburgh. 

There is an 8,000 sq ft lot and a 3,600 sq ft lot that could be developed. I am curious if anyone has had any experience doing so in the south side slopes.
