You can make the rent whatever you want when they are able to sign the new lease.

@Collin Cameron tell the bank and you won't be able to close. There is also a good chance you will get your escrow back too.

Do not pile a house load of debt on top of your bills. It is stupid and irresponsible, also unethical.

No luck. 2 of the houses went on the market with other agents. They are in such bad shape and high price, not even investors are interested.

Advertising a property is a real estate service, therefore you need a license, unless it is already your property.

However looking for sellers isnt something that requires any kind of license.

Dont over-leverage yourself. Ask your lender if it makes financial sense.

If you purchased through LLC, you told them it wouldnt be owner occupied correct? FHA properties are required to be owner occupied. You should ask your lender these questions. That is why they have phone numbers.
