Has anyone ever dealt with "Fund that Flip" and care to leave any feedback?

Good thing to look for is if the windows and doors near that side of the house are opening easily or if you see any stress cracking in the Sheetrock. This would indicate some form of differential settlement; for these kinds of fixes, it's good to use those carbon fiber wall repair straps but I have yet to repair brick. Keep looking, and good luck!

I've recently been looking into USDA 538 loans for multi-family, non-owner-occupied properties and was hoping to find an agent experienced in finding these kinds of investment properties. I was hoping to find a triplex or fourplex at least within an hour of ocean county.

Nobody has any experience with this kind of loan???
