That is sort of what I was thinking. I'm going to keep looking into it.

Has anyone ever invested in billboards and if so, how profitable of an investment can it potentially be? I've been interested in the idea for a while but do not know anyone who actively invests in them. What kind of cash do you need to purchase one? How do you find them? Any advice on getting into that kind of investment field?

Every town has a website with either their own electronic ordinance or some type of ecode that's easily searchable. You should be able to find what you need there.

Try contacting Ramirez Engineering in Toms River, they can probably help you with that.

Have any of my fellow New Jersey-ians been investing in apartment complexes? And if so, how is the environment? I've been studying the market for the purpose of investing in these kinds of properties and have even ran some numbers on a few but most don't look as though they are worth the hassle. Any advice???
