Looking for Multi-Family Agents in NJ

I've recently been looking into USDA 538 loans for multi-family, non-owner-occupied properties and was hoping to find an agent experienced in finding these kinds of investment properties. I was hoping to find a triplex or fourplex at least within an hour of ocean county.
