What is a syndicated investment? How do I invest safely and passively into syndications? These are questions that everyone should ask themselves, but the solution often comes with complicated rules and regulations, large potential risks, and continuous unforeseen challenges.

Should you give up on syndicated investments then? Of course not.

    - What is a bad syndication structure?
    - What kind of paperwork should be reviewed?
