Andrew Westling - Walker & Dunlop, Assistant Vice President, Capital Markets
Andrew Westling is responsible for new loan originations and loan closings for multifamily and commercial properties nationwide.
Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Westling served as a Director for the George Elkins Mortgage Banking Company (GEMB). In partnership with Jeffrey Hudson at GEMB, Mr. Westling has underwritten and closed over $200 million of commercial real estate debt secured by multi-family, industrial, retail, and office properties located across the United States. Preceding GEMB, Mr. Westling served as Vice President for the Private Bank at Union Bank for 5 years. Within the Private Bank, Mr. Westling specialized in originating, structuring, and underwriting custom lending solutions for his clients including revolving lines of credit, asset secured credit facilities, as well as both residential and commercial real estate loans.

Brad Johnson - Co-Founder of Park Street Partners
Mr. Johnson is a real estate private equity professional. He is the co-founding partner of Park Street Partners, which is a real estate fund manager specializing in mobile home parks. Prior to forming Park Street Partners, Mr. Johnson worked for Wells Fargo’s Real Estate Investment Bank, Eastdil Secured. His responsibilities there included investment sale and joint venture equity advisory on multiple product types totaling over $3.2 billion in closed transactions. Prior to Eastdil, Mr. Johnson held real estate acquisitions positions with The Swig Company, a private real estate investment firm in San Francisco, and TA Associates Realty. Mr. Johnson began his career in the logistics industry, co-founding the consulting firm Lojistic.
Hunter Thompson - Founder of Cash Flow Connections
Hunter is a full-time real estate investor and founder of Cash Flow Connections. Since starting Cash Flow Connections, Hunter has helped investors allocated capital to over 100 properties, which have a combined asset value of more than $350 million. His experience includes investments in self-storage facilities, residential mortgage notes, mobile home parks, single-family residential acquisitions, hard money loans, bridge financing, and multi-family real estate syndications. In connection with these investments, he has worked with some of the most experienced and well-respected asset teams across the United States and Canada. Having a background in economics has allowed Hunter to achieve a holistic approach to analyzing real estate data and has led him to a unique perspective of investing. The goal of his business, Cash Flow Connections, is to help clients invest in passive cash flow opportunities that provide a healthy return on investment, without the headaches associated with the stock market's volatility.
