John,

Did you know you can take a loan out against your own 401(k) account? And when you do, you pay yourself back with interest. Something to consider instead of paying unnecessary taxes by skimming contributions.

@Chris M.,

You need to take a step back and re-assess your current situation. Learning how to raise private capital and develop creative acquisition strategies is key for you. Any obstacle can be overcome. It always comes back to personal development and education. Knowledge is how you mitigate risk and move forward powerfully. Shoot me a message if you need some personal guidance as well. I am willing to make some time for you if you're open. If not, good luck and dont stop learning!

@Joseph Bennett,

I have a great network of investors for you to connect with! They meet up in Clearwater consistently. My brother is also down there in Largo and he and his wife just got started learning real estate investing a few months ago. If you're interested in getting plugged in, shoot me a message!

@Andrew Doyle

Get better educated. I got a local guy in DC that can point you in the right direction. He's been doing flips and buying rentals for a few years now and killing it! Let me know if you're interested and I can get you connected. Good luck!
