Looking To Start Real Estate Investing

Hello!

I am looking to start learning and investing in real estate! I'm currently looking to move to Grand Rapids, MI to start and learn! I want to start doing Fix and Flips with OPM if I can! If not I understand that I will most likely have to put some of my own money into the deal! I'm wondering how much money I need to save before I can actually do this? Are there people who will finance the whole deal if you run it and do the work? Just looking to get my first deal done with someone who I can trust and help me learn this game. I am not really big into the wholesale game since I don't see the point in flipping a property for $2000 when I know the investor is going to make the 50K on it. Just looking for people in the GR Area who I can network with and start investing!
