We have very strong marketing efforts and need agents/boots on the ground in Orlando and surrounding areas. We have 2 - 5 appts per week where we need someone to take pics, meet with buyers & sellers, some times lock a deal up and we have a ton of listing referrals. We pay 5% of net for just taking pics and meeting with buyers if you have to help lock the deal up we pay 10% of the net if we refer you a listing lead we would like a referral fee. @James Wise Hi James, I have an opportunity on an 8 Plex in east Cleveland. Its a total rehab, been vacant for 10 years. I'm out of state and trying to come up with a proper ARV to decide if its worth it. Any tips, help, or advice you can lend here would be greatly appreciated.

@Rob Gillespie I have an opportunity to strike on an 8 Plex in East Cleveland, any chance you could be of any assistance in trying to value this one properly? its been vacant for 10 years, assuming its a total rehab cost is very cheap but having a hard time coming to the conclusion is it worth it. I usually deal with SFR and I'm out of state. Any help/advice you could give would be appreciated.

@Patrick Domond You need to boots on the ground an agent that can get in there and take photos....just playing the bidding war game give me a bigger offer sight unseen doesn't usually work out......you gotta know what numbers work and what numbers don't work...don't be scared to walk from the deal and follow up with her at a later date.

Looking for pointers on the valuation of an 8 Unit multifamily in Cleveland Oh that needs a total rehab, price is very very low but I'm not in that market physically.  Any help is appreciated.

What do you have going in PA?  I should add they do have some cool rehab estimator features.
