Requesting feedback on Real Estate Investor Software

Hello. We are currently evaluating Real Estate Investor software to find deals outside the MLS. We are looking at REIPro, Realeflow, and Freedomsoft. Looking for some feedback on these systems or do you know of a better system? Any feedback would be appreciated. Thank you.
