Be prepared, check all the comps in the area. Get there early and drive the area, drive past the recent comps you saw to check them out.  Have an idea of what you need to have it under contract at to make it a deal.  If you leave you give someone else the chance to come in.

@John Thedford Thanks John, I am licensed.  Asking from a wholesale point of view.

We haven't had any issues but I would feel better knowing I'm covered on that side.

When we have a deal under contract and equitable title we assign our rights to the end buyer. 

Do see a problem with that and problem when presenting the deal to cash buyers? 

Has anyone ever had an issue or use any verbiage in their wholesale contracts giving permission to market the property?  

@Joseline Chantal Murillo I do virtual wholesaling in other states, do you have people on the ground, a title company and buyers in this area?  How are you planning on generating deals?

@Account Closed Did you locate the projects you are looking for yet?  I live in coral springs and review deals on a daily basis, I do alot of virtual wholesaling in Mi ironically.

How have things been going since your course, have you been trying to locate deals and staying involved with real estate?  I live in coral springs our office is in Pembroke pines.  What part of Miami are you located?
