@James Wise Hi James, I have an opportunity on an 8 Plex in east Cleveland. Its a total rehab, been vacant for 10 years. I'm out of state and trying to come up with a proper ARV to decide if its worth it. Any tips, help, or advice you can lend here would be greatly appreciated.
