Hello BP Members,

I'm a new realtor and I have been tasked with getting 2 listings by the end of May. I'm a brand new wet behind the ears agent and I want go get some feedback from some of the agents here with BP that have been in the real estate business for some years. I'm with KW in the DFW area I'm taking the BOLD training through KW and I have to get two listings by the end of May any feedback would help.

I'm curious as to how I can win over my customers to trust me to list their home for them

Thanks in advance.

Hello Fellow BP Members,

I'm working on getting my Florida real estate license I'm in search of a real estate investor friendly brokerage with low agent fees. I'm already licensed in Texas with KW so I'm looking to keep my fees lower here in Florida  I'm also looking for a brokerage in Jacksonville that would be good for agent looking to find rental properties. My ideal brokerage would have moderately low agent fees but also provide some agent training. Any suggestions would help.

Thanks in advance.

Looking forward to feedback from you guys.

Hello Fellow BP Members,

I am have acquired my Texas real estate license.

I am looking for different creative ways to monetize my real estate license outside of strictly selling residential properties.

Also I’m looking for a real estate company that would be willing to work with a new realtor that would not be available full time.

My full-time job requires a lot of out of state travel.

Thanks in advance for all you guys help.

Hey Bab,

Unfortunately I wasn't able to form a meetup in Dallas I was working in the midwest for the last 6 months but I'm back in the Dallas area temporarily. I may try again to reach out to some people. I had your message I thought I hit reply but never did sorry about the late response.
