Hello Fellow BP Members,

I’ve started to become interested in apartment investing. The more I research I’ve done on apartment investing I think I like the cash flow benefits of investing in a small apt vs one to two duplexes.

I’m working with a low six figure salary what are some hypothetical prices I would expect to see on a 10-12-unit apartment building? I’m from Texas but I’m currently in the Midwest working so I accept all responses regardless of where you are located. Also, I would be looking to pay out of pocket for a large portion of the deal and finance the rest of it.

Thanks, in advance

Marcus Nickson

Hello Fellow BP Members,

I just wanted to say that I appreciate all of the advice I received from the question that I posed on the pros and cons of buying a property free and clear. I'm currently living in the North Dallas area and with my work schedule I miss a lot of valuable real estate meetups. I would like to know if any members in the North Dallas area would be available to meet up on a Sunday please reach out to me. I am working hard to try to surround myself with other real estate investors. Thanks in advance.

Hello Fellow BP Members,

I'm currently educating myself on multi family real estate investing. I would like to develop a portfolio of 100+ units in the next 10 yrs. I'm currently saving up to purchase a duplex in 2017. I would also like to discuss the pros and cons of owning a rental property free and clear. Thanks in advance to all the members who respond with valuable investing advice.

Hello BP Members,

My name is Marcus Nickson and I must say I am excited to be on the BP website with all the wealth of knowledge that is provided by the real estate investors on the site and the various methods used by the different investors to accumulate wealth.

I am looking to find a seasoned real estate investor with a strong background in Multi Family buy and hold investing to mentor me. Anyone seasoned investors interested in mentoring a newbie investor I would definitely look forward to speaking with you.

Thanks in advance.

Hello again fellow BP members,

I wanted to say thanks again to everyone who offered input on my question regarding meeting up with other investors in the Dallas area.

I'm considering joining a landlord association any members currently apart of their local landlord association feel free to chime in. Looking to find about some of the benefits of joining a landlord association is it worth it?

I just wanted to say thanks to everyone that responded to my post.

I work 6 days a week from 8 am to 7pm Mon to Sat so it would be tough to attend those meet ups but I would definitely like to be kept in the loop on any upcoming meet ups because I am about to have more free time on my hands in a short period of time

Hello fellow BP Members,

My name is Marcus Nickson I am an aspiring investor I’m reaching out to any members in the Dallas area I’m currently in the North Dallas area and I would like to meet investors in my area with solid experience with investing in duplexes and small apartment complexes.

I also would like to eventually invest in an apartment complex 20-24-unit complex.

I would like to get my feet with investing in duplexes so I can cut down on some of the risk in investing with my first property any advice or feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.
