I just wanted to say that I appreciate all of the advice I received from the question that I posed on the pros and cons of buying a property free and clear. I'm currently living in the North Dallas area and with my work schedule I miss a lot of valuable real estate meetups. I would like to know if any members in the North Dallas area would be available to meet up on a Sunday please reach out to me.
