The RIREIG meeting is the third Thursday of the month, so then next meeting is July 21st, in Warwick.

There is the Rhode Island Real Estate Investors Group (RIREIG) that meets the third Thursday on every month.  The website is www.rireig.com you can check out the info.  It is a great group and you can learn and network with other investors

@Jonathan Z. The Providence market is good, prices are lower than Boston, but so are the rents. There are still a lot of good properties in and around Providence.  

I have been a Realtor in Rhode Island for 9 years, and a new investor.
