New investor in Rhode Island

Greetings!

My name is Mack and I am a new investor in the Providence Rhode Island area. I heard about BP from my Wife's uncle who I just met on vacation in Canada. He is an Investor in Durham NC and filled me in on this outstanding forum. My wife and I own two properties one in Astoria OR which we currently have rented and our current home in North Providence RI which we live in and are currently in the process of renovating.

I am a twelve years into my active duty career with the United States Coast Guard and starting to think hard about what I am going to do once when it is over. Now I am here to get a head start. T-minus eight years and counting.

I am planning to attend my local club meeting for the first time this Thursday the RiReIG, hopefully I will run into some other BP networkers there. At this time I am looking to buy a multifamily property in the providence area for cash flow. However I am very capable and very interested in any flipping opportunities as well. I am very excited to hear from everyone and to get started on what will become my new career.

Fair winds and following seas.

-Mack
