Negative cashflow is perfectly fine in tier A cities. SF NY LA etc

Appreciation always surpasses the 100$ your going to make a month in net profit.

The only downside is you cant scale.

Go buy an entry level property. Even if you overpay by 20%, who cares, that property will be worth x2 in 10 years.
