It usually is, looks like he hasn't put this month's meet up on there yet. Here's the meetup.com link for this month's meetup.

Brett Kennedy also runs a fairly large meet up in Louisville with a emphasis on networking with others. It's usually the third Thursday but the next one is this Thursday, I'm assuming because of the holidays.

Will Wix allow me to create custom Podio Webforms?

You can create Webforms in Podio then paste them into Wix. So yes.

The Schlage Camelot is what I use. It's a good lock and attractive. You can link it to a smart things hub (or something similar) and change the codes remotely.

1) Wix.com is a good place for setting up a website. It is pretty simple.

2) VistaPrint has a lot of good business card templates you can use. You can order them there. If you want a custom solution go to 99designs or something similar then have VistaPrint print them.

3) I'd Google setting up a Facebook page. It isn't too complicated.

If you still want someone to do it for you, I'm a professional Web developer by day and do consulting work every once in a while and would be glad to help, but I'must not local to you.

Best of luck.

Wix provides the hosting.

To connect a domain name to Wix from an external site you have to pay for an upgraded plan.

1) Simple solution (not cost effective)

  • Cancel 1&1 hosting
  • Pay for an upgraded Wix plan
  • Transfer domain name to Wix

This way everything is with Wix and it's less to worry about. And you keep the drag and drop features that Wix provides. The con is that it is very expensive in comparison to other methods. if you simply top using Wix you lose your website and potentially the domain name.

2) Medium complexity (much cheaper)

  • Drop Wix
  • Keep 1&1 hosting
  • Keep the domain name on namecheap. You simply point the DNS to 1&1
  • Install WordPress on 1&1 hosting. You should have 1 click install on your cpanel.

This way you have more control on ownership of everything. It's much cheaper this way. Cons would be you don't get drag and drop but honestly you don't need it, WordPress has tons of templates to use that are very good.

If you need more in depth help let me know I'd be glad to help.

Also if you hire it out or get someone to help don't ever put it on someone else's hosting or let them buy the domain name. What happens if they disappear one day, stop paying, or worse try and get you to pay to give back your own content.

Post: Two Ugly Houses With Plenty Of Room For Profit

11714 & 11720 Old Mitchell Hill Road, Fairdale , KY 40118
Here are two ugly houses on a single 1.3 acre site. They are UGLY. Both dwellings have their own septic tank so they can be split. There is only one water line from the main. Plenty of profit potential in this deal. As always, we used very conservative numbers.
As-is value $125,000 ARV is $160,000+

Asking $98,500

Terms:
Assignable Contact
Non-refundable $2,500 deposit

For more information or to view the property E-Mail myself at [email protected] or Brett at [email protected]

Or call: (502) 473-9397

Both are 4 bedroom, 1 bathroom houses. The front house has a 18 x 31 metal shed with a gravel floor. The other house is built atop a deep 2 car (wide) garage. The gross living area is 1,791 sq.ft. The pop-outs on the 2nd floor of the front house used to be decks. The kitchen and bathroom are updated but some of the trim work is unfinished and there is a fissure in the brick at the back of the house (settling).

The PVA indicates the garage house is 1,836 sq.ft. It is in good shape and appears to need nothing. It has a newer HVAC system and the floors, kitchen, bathrooms are all updated.

Market rent is $800 to $900/mo for each; that takes into account the ugly factor. The leases are in effect until May 1st & June 1st 2017 respectively at $500/mo. Total income is $1,000/mo.

The tenant over the garage would like to buy.

Comps for big ugly houses in the area indicate that a remodeled 'ugly' house on +/- a 1.0 acre has a market value around $100k and a little higher.

Considering how ugly these houses are, I would place them conservatively at $80k each after they are split for a total value of $160,000.
