@Jesse Kindra - Unfortunately, I could not find the paint color names. I remember I selected one of the pre-designed green combo glossies from Benjamin Moore store. The Ben Moore stores near me used to offer color selection services. That might be an option for you if need help on where to put which color (2 or 3 color schemes).

Say that again @Paulette Midgette!  Accurate description. I'm a Mount Airy lifer, both west and east sides.  Often the other side of stenton in cedarbrook, etc, is often mistaken as east mt airy as it is often promoted as such.  Mount airy is only comprised of one zip code:  19119.

I have a tendency to lean towards some sort of green; have green on investment and personal residence. Maybe because it is the color of American money. 

how could I get copies of spreadsheet and other things mentioned in 2 rehab books? I have both rehab books purchased from Amazon. I followed a link from here; wasn't aware at the time I could have bought books from this site.  Thanks

Don't know your market, but if it's my personal residence, I'm going with what I like/want...within reason.  Sometimes it's just for 'personal enjoyment'.

For finding photos/write ups on old listings...google the property address.  The specific address and others on same street often show up.

Thank you @Adam Densmore. I have found a local place that rents the machines so it may still be a viable option. The process seems safer for me.
